A newish endeavour is the King Tut Trio, with Marcus Vergette, Ric Byer and Mama Tokus.

We’re a marriage of soul-jazz and mod mayhem, with soulful improvisations, unexpected cover versions, electric keyboard grooves and some hard-funkin’ fun too.

There’s also some spoken word in the mix, as Mama riffs verbally over the improvisations of the rest of us.
